Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
